Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@goldenblackskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products that have been opened)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply — items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
