Golden Black Skincare is a 100% natural, organic skincare brand that celebrates the beauty of melanin-rich skin. Our products are handcrafted using raw shea butter and natural ingredients sourced directly from Ghana.

Yes! While our products are formulated with melanin-rich skin in mind, they are suitable for all skin types. Our natural ingredients nourish and moisturise without harsh chemicals. We recommend doing a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin.

Absolutely not. Golden Black Skincare is proudly cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals and are committed to ethical practices throughout our supply chain.

Products

Our core ingredient is raw, unrefined shea butter sourced from women's cooperatives in Northern Ghana. We also use coconut oil, almond oil, vitamin E, and other carefully selected natural ingredients. Our products contain no preservatives, parabens, or artificial chemicals.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural shea butter may change texture slightly in warm conditions — this is completely normal and does not affect quality. If the product melts, simply place it in a cool area and it will return to its original consistency.

Our products have a shelf life of 12-18 months when stored properly. Since we use no artificial preservatives, we recommend using products within this timeframe for the best experience.

Orders & Shipping

We offer two shipping options: Express Shipping (2-3 business days) and Standard Shipping (4-7 business days). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us at contact@goldenblackskincare.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window. Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at contact@goldenblackskincare.com to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your original item and place a new order for the product you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
